This is the story of how we boosted heybooster's organic performance by 239% in just a few months using heybooster insights.

Highlight Your Strongest Features

We began creating blog posts that compared heybooster with well-known companies like Looker Studio (aka Google Data Studio) and started observing the results. Think of it like fishing; we cast our line and started monitoring the activity.

A few weeks later, we noticed that the new keywords ranked insight began to get an impression with our content for the keyword "Google Data Studio Alert." This was an opportunity for us because Looker Studio doesn't have an alert feature, so we quickly created content to outperform Google in the search results.

It worked! In a short period of time, the content started ranking on the first page and started to bring us hundreds of visitors and dozens of new users every month, even though it's a very niche search.

Takeaway: Don't focus on keyword volume; instead, concentrate on your killer features that your competitors can't offer.

Takeaway: New Keywords Ranked insight helps you identify newly emerging keywords for which you already have existing content, and it enables you to create new content around these keywords to support your organic growth.

Be Visible on the First Page with More Keywords

According to a 2023 study, only 0.63% of users look at the second page when they perform a search, making it critical to appear on the first page of Google.

But how can you get on the first page for more keywords?

Your content that is currently on the second page can be moved to the first page with small optimizations, allowing you to start ranking on the first page for many critical keywords.

Takeaway: heybooster's "Second Page Keywords" insight provides you with keywords that have a high potential for ranking on the first page and are currently on the second page. This insight can help you move your content from the second page to the first page and improve your overall organic performance.

This insight helped us easily identify dozens of high-potential keywords.

But how can you quickly move your second-page keywords to the first page?

Here's my checklist:

  1. Examine the average word count of the content ranking in the top five positions for your target keyword. You can use the Word Counter Plus browser extension to check the word count of the content.
  2. If your content has fewer words than your competitors, aim to increase your word count to match or exceed their average word count.
  3. Look at the subheadings and keywords your competitors are using in their content. For this, I recommend using the SEO Pro extension, which can help you identify all the subheadings in your competitors' content.
  4. If the subheadings and keywords related to your content topic are not present in your content, add them to your content to strengthen it.
  5. Make sure to keep your content up-to-date, as Google now places high importance on regularly updated content. Updating your content at regular intervals can increase its value for Google.
  6. Also, be sure to link relevant content to each other within your articles;

In our content, where we listed 10 things that cause high cart abandonment rates, we mentioned that the unavailability of a product in stock could be one of the reasons. So, we provided a link to another content where we discussed issues related to out-of-stock

This will contribute to the authority of your content for Google and encourage users to view more pages and spend more time on your website.

Be sure to answer questions highlighted by Google in the "People also ask" section of search results, as this section displays frequently asked questions related to the search query. By providing answers to these questions in your content, you make it more relevant to the topic and increase its value, which can lead to higher website traffic and engagement.

Keep an eye on your important keywords.

Non-branded keywords are those that are directly related to your products or services but do not include your brand name. Regardless of the industry you're in, being competitive on keywords directly related to your products and services is crucial. heybooster's "Organic Visibility of Non-Branded Keywords" insight allows you to track the performance of these keywords related to your products and services.

You can see all the keywords that have high impressions but are ranking lower on the search engine results page, which holds great potential for you!

To turn this potential into kinetic energy, consider using video content.

For keywords with high impressions but low rankings, create video content and place it on relevant pages.

We were able to stand out on many highly competitive keywords through Google's promotion, and at the same time, we reached potential customers through the world's second-largest search engine, YouTube.

That’s all! There's no magic needed, just follow the insights that help you reach your goal and watch your organic performance improve.
